Kristina “Nina” Cobuzzi, OTR/L, CPST

Hello! My name is Kristina Cobuzzi, but my clients call me “Nina” for short. I specialize in play-based pediatric occupational therapy, and I look forward to helping you navigate your child’s needs and challenges. After receiving my MA in Occupational Therapy from USC, I gained experience working for several pediatric therapy clinics and schools in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Becoming a mother of three brought me back to the South Bay, where I added Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) to my offerings. I have extensive experience in praxis and motor planning, coordination skills, fine and visual motor skills, pre-handwriting and handwriting, post-lactation/bottle feeding and oral motor skills, sensory processing and regulation, self-care routines, family routines, play skills, and more. I am excited to create a positive impact on your family by delivering a supportive, collaborative, and customized program for your child.

Stacy Atkinson, OTR/L, IBCLC

Hi! I’m Stacy and I have been working as an occupational therapist in the Los Angeles area for over 15 years.  I received my Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in 2007 and began my training and work in infant feeding in 2010. I have since obtained my state certified advanced practice in swallowing. I work in two Los Angeles area hospitals and my primary areas of focus have been with premature infants as well as infants with congenital heart defects and developmental delay. I love to help families identify a feeding plan that works for them and teach families different strategies for success. I have worked extensively with families on plans that involve both breast and bottle feeding. After the birth of my first son, I realized how many questions I had when it came to breastfeeding. The journey was not what I had imagined, and I worked with a lactation consultant who I believe helped me stay on track with my goals. I found the experience so fascinating that I decided to pursue my lactation consultant certification. My goal was to assist other families with the same challenges that I had. I completed my education and certification in 2021 and became an international board certified lactation consultant. I look forward to meeting and helping families in my community!
