About our services

Infant Feeding and Lactation Support

Whether you’re a first time mother or a mother of 3, feeding your baby is a journey. Every child can present new challenges. Our therapy is designed to ensure that both baby and mother are healthy and thriving. Common issues that we can address include overall feeding skills, suck strength, oral motor skills, supply concerns, injured or painful nipples, tongue tie or other oral tethers, torticollis, tummy time strategies, and weight gain concerns.

Parent Wellness

Taking care of a little one is hard work, mentally and physically. Our wellness treatments offer parents an opportunity to check-in with a professional occupational therapist to address the challenges, stresses, and discomforts they are facing. Common subjects discussed in these sessions include back, hip, and neck pain, Carpal Tunnel and De Quervain’s hand injuries, screening for postpartum depression/anxiety, environmental/ergonomic changes, and stress management.

Pelvic Floor Health

Pelvic floor issues can arise at any stage of life, and often go undiscussed and untreated. Childbirth is an event that can create new concerns and needs in this area as well. Our therapy is designed to help women of any age improve their pelvic floor health. Common issues that we can assist with include incontinence, constipation, prolapse and pelvic floor weakness and discomfort. We also offer safe and effective strategies for diastasis recti repair and return to exercise after pregnancy.

Pediatrics

Every parent needs support, sometimes more than others. If you have concerns regarding the development of your child, we can help. We offer therapy for sensory processing and modulation, fine and gross motor, balance and coordination, regulation, tactile processing, and feeding. If you feel your child needs extra support in any of these areas, know that you are not alone and we would love to help you and your child navigate these challenges.

“Motherhood is hard - you don’t have to go it alone.”
